We hope you are happy with your purchase. In an unfortunate event that the item is defective or damaged, please contact us. Our return and exchange policy lasts 14 days, except for earrings which are not returnable. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you to return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange the defective or damaged item, send us an email at banigcollection@gmail.com or reach us via facebook or instagram. We will kindly ask you to bring your item to Balzan/Attard area.
Gifts
If the item purchased is a gift, you can exchange the item or receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
